Important Note on Executables
There appears to be an issue with the .exe version of our products working on Windows Vista. If you are using Windows Vista, please opt for the .zip version of the product which comes with a full installation guide. We will continue offering .exe versions of our older products, but newer products will be offered in .zip format only until we find a working solution to compiling .exe files with the same professional ease you’ve come to expect.

- Can my purchase be used commercially? Yes – your purchase comes with a copyright usage license, which means that you can use the pieces inside your own works for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. For the full EULA, please see the Usage Page. Please note that under special circumstances we will work with individuals who need an exemption to specific attributes of the EULA. Contact us with questions.
- How is my instant download product delivered? After making your payment, you should click the “Return to Merchant” button. With some recent changes in PayPal, this button is not always available – don’t panic. An email will be automatically sent that contains your download link(s).
- What if I don’t get an email? Just send us a line and we’ll verify payment and get an email out to you with your purchase(s) attached within 24 hours.
